It is sllloooooowww in the NFL right now in terms of news. Hopefully, some player will put a gun to their girlfriend’s head while driving drunk and then assault the arresting officer with the business end of a hammer. We need conversation pieces.

So, instead of good old fashioned hard news, we’ll tell you that there is no supplemental draft this year for the NFL.
The supplemental draft is designed for “special case” players who had their eligibility screwed up and weren’t able to register for the April draft. If a team decides to take you in the supplemental draft, they lose that same draft pick in next year’s real draft. But, since no player applied for this year’s special draft, there won’t be one.
