brandonmarshall2.jpgIf you didn’t think the Broncos WR was a dick before, you probably will now. The Denver Post outlines three incidents that occurred in 2007 in which Marshall’s girlfriend accuses him of hitting her. He wasn’t arrested in any of the instances. Directly copied and pasted from the article due to laziness:

In the first, filed on March 18, 2007, Watley told officers that Marshall had hit her and then took her purse from a hotel in downtown Atlanta. Marshall was not on the scene when police arrived, but according to the report, he sent Watley a text message on her phone while she was speaking to officers that said, “I am watching you. Why did you call the police?” The officer said he could see Marshall in the lobby of another hotel across the street. The officer dispatched another unit to watch Marshall, who then left through the back doors of the second hotel.

Less than three months later, on June 8, Watley was taken to an Atlanta hospital with a cut to her thigh that she told police was caused by Marshall. According to an Atlanta Police report, Watley initially told officers she had cut herself with a kitchen knife and refused to answer questions about the fight she had just had with Marshall. About an hour later, the officer was called back to the scene, and at that time, she said it was actually Marshall who had cut her, in addition to punching her on the forehead.

That same day, a separate report was filed with APD by Watley’s friend, Kristeena Spivey, who told officers that Marshall had hit her car with his while Watley was her passenger.

Spivey told the officer that Marshall then got out of his car and threw a rock at her passenger door.

On June 30, Watley again called police to Marshall’s condo to report that he had punched and choked her. In that report, the APD officer noted Watley had a bruise on her eye and scratches on her body. The officer wrote in his report that he told Watley how to obtain a restraining order.

Marshall was not on scene for any of those three incidents, and charges were never filed.
