T.O. isn’t awful

tounderoneroof.jpgSo, we (when I say ‘we’ here I mean me. Perry is “watching bron”) just watched most of Terrell Owens’ performance in “Under One Roof,” Flavor Flav’s sitcom. We came away with several thoughts:

1. We still think all sitcoms are stupid. The format is just old and tired. I don’t need a laugh track to let me know that a hacked, cliched, done-to-death, saw-it-coming-a-mile-away joke was just cracked. The formula is just garbage. This is why shows need to follow more of the style of “Arrested Development,” “The Office” (US and British. British preferred) and “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”

2. This show is awful. It’s the same crap. Flavor Flav is to acting what Picasso is to table tennis.

3. T.O. isn’t the worst actor we’ve ever seen. It is very tough to tell if someone can act when they are reciting lines that are garbage.

4. That said, it’s good that he is good at football.

5. T.O. missed a belt loop with his belt in the last scene. Seriously.
