Rookie QB Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens have begun contract discussions, which is a good thing.
“They want him in and he wants to be in,” Flacco’s agent Joe Linta said. “So the sooner that you start talking, the better chance you have of finishing before the deadline.”
This is bad news for the other QB’s on the roster. If Flacco had held out, he never would get a chance to start and he may have even gotten Derek Andersoned by Kyle Boller (doubt it) or Troy Smith (doubt that too).
