I wish I found this highlight with a better picture, but if you are a Flyers’ fan you probably remember this clear as day. In the 2000 NHL Playoffs, Brian Boucher was playing very well in net for the Flyers and they found themselves against their division rival, the New Jersey Devils. This could go down as one of the best saves in Flyers playoff history. Patrick Elias skated in on Boucher one-on-one and this was the result (I need to add that Steve Levy and Darren Pang were my two most favorite hockey guys to call a game. Steve Levy’s play-by-play is awesome and Darren Pang complimented him by going completely nuts with every single goaltender save. Darren Pang was a netminder for the Chicago Blackhawks, so that is most likely a big reason for his excitement):
