Pedro Feliz Signs with Philadelphia Phillies

pedrofeliz.jpgFor Philadelphia fans that hoped the hometown Phils would sign another third baseman that won’t remotely come close to solving the problem at that position, today is a day to rejoice. The Phillies have signed former San Francisco Giant Pedro Feliz. He hit .253 last year, so that should provide a huge boost to the lineup. His strikeouts were down, so that could be a problem since it seems like the Phillies love human windmills.
