Off The Record Report: Government is Wasting Its Time

georgebush.jpgSpeaking of the House Oversight committee and its interrogation of Roger Clemens, who is in charge of making sure the government spends its time wisely? I would love to know. MLB is a private enterprise, what the hell does this have to do with the government? Yes, players used steroids. They use them in every sport (my world came crashing down when Lance Armstrong was suspected) and they will continue to do so.

The government is here to serve the people, and there are a large group of people that don’t give a rat’s ass about steroids in baseball. Aren’t we supposed to be hunting a certain someone down? That guy that flew planes into buildings? Where are we on that project? There are troops in Iraq without adequate armor, but we’re worried about some guys injecting themselves with steroids. You have got to be kidding me.
